CE–ICAP* <br />ITY OF UGENE NTERNAL LIMATE CTION LAN <br />Action Plan for 2016 <br />The period between 2012 and 2016 is the mid-term of this Action Plan. Actions in this <br />timeframe are considered more difficult to accomplish than those of the previous term, due to <br />infrastructure, funding or technology issues. These actions are presented as doable given current <br />information and are generally extensions of existing efforts. They are the preferred direction of <br />the workgroups that would be responsible for implementation. However, these are not presented <br />as confirmed or funded projects. Ongoing work remains in completing a full-scale cost/benefit <br />analysis, identifying resources and overcoming existing challenges in order to bring these ideas <br />to fruition. Inclusion of an action in this timeframe signifies that workgroups have committed to <br />pursuing these objectives. <br />18 <br /> <br />*Plan adopted as a framework; subject to additional edits.
