Actions which have been put in <br />place since 2005 have been accounted for in the “before 2012” timeframe. It should be noted that <br />cumulative reductions expected by 2016 are projected to meet estimated 1990 levels of operational <br />emissions. Operational emissions are projected to reach pre-1990 levels, in keeping with the Kyoto <br />Protocol, early in the final timeframe.
