Section 3 . The City Recorder is hereby directed to immediately publish once each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper pub l ished in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, no tice of the proposed vacation Such notice shall `give the description of the. area to be vacated as here set out; s tate the date when this ordinance was passed and the name of any petitioners petitioning for such vacation; and the d=ate when the said petition, together with the objections or remonstrances which may be made 'in writing and f..led with - the Recorder of th City of Rugene prior to the date of said hearing, wi l d.
