G. In determining the fees, I have considered the applicable policies, enactments and <br />directives of the City Council, the amount charged for these services by the City in the past, the <br />full costs of providing the services supported by the fees, the amounts charged by other <br />comparable providers, and the revenue needs of the City as determined by the adopted City <br />budget. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. As of the effective date of this Order, the Land Use Application Fee Schedule is <br />amended by adding a fee for Design Review to Section A--1 of the fee schedule. <br />2. The unamended fees established by Administrative order Nos. 53- 05 - -F, 53- <br />07 -1 I -F and 53-09 -03 -F remain in full force and effect and are incorporated into the Land Use <br />Application Fee Schedule attached as. Exhibit A to this Order. The attached fee schedule has <br />been reformatted and updated to remove fees that are no longer in effect. <br />Dated and effective this 18 day of October, 2414. <br />Jon R.
