ENTERPRISE FUNDS <br />All of the City’s enterprise funds meet the criteria for major fund reporting and are reported in Exhibits 6, 7, and 8 of the <br />basic¿ nancial statements. <br />Schedules of revenues, expenses, and changes in fund net assets - budget and actual are presented here for each <br />individual enterprise fund. <br />Major Enterprise Funds: <br />Ambulance Transport Fund - To account for the operations of emergency medical services provided to the public. <br />Revenues are provided by user charges. <br />Municipal Airport Fund - To account for the operations of the municipal airport. Principal sources of revenues <br />are rental of terminal space to airlines and other service providers, landing fees, and parking fees. The fund <br />receives Airport Improvement Program monies from the Federal Aviation Administration for capital improve- <br />ments. The fund also imposes passenger facility charges on passengers utilizing the airport, the proceeds of <br />which are restricted for use in ¿ nancing eligible projects, as determined by regulation. <br />Parking Services Fund - To account for operations of City-owned parking facilities. Revenue sources include <br />parking fees and ¿ nes, meter receipts, and rentals. The revenue is used to operate and maintain the parking <br />facilities. <br />Stormwater Utility Fund - To account for the operation, construction, and maintenance of the stormwater drain- <br />age system and the wetland resource protection and enhancement program. Primary revenues are stormwater <br />user fees and the sale of wetland mitigation credits. <br />Wastewater Utility Fund - To account for the operation, construction, and maintenance of the wastewater col- <br />lection and treatment system. Primary revenues are wastewater user fees. <br />
