STATISTICAL SECTION <br />This part of the City of Eugene’s comprehensive annual ¿ nancial report presents detailed information as a context for <br />understanding what the information in the ¿ nancial statements, note disclosures, and required supplementary information <br />says about the City’s overall ¿ nancial health. <br />Financial Trends (Schedules I-1 to I-4) <br />These schedules contain trend information to help the reader understand how the City's ¿ nancial performance <br />and well-being have changed over time. <br />Revenue Capacity (Schedules I-5 to 1-8) <br />These schedules contain information to help the reader assess the factors affecting the City's ability to generate <br />its property taxes. <br />Debt Capacity (Schedules I-9 to I-13) <br />These schedules present information to help the reader assess the affordability of the City's current level of <br />outstanding debt and the City's ability to issue additional debt in the future. <br />Demographic and Economic Information (Schedules I-14 - I-15) <br />These schedules offer demographic and economic indicators to help the reader understand the environment <br />within which the City's ¿ nancial activities take place and to help make comparisons over time and with other <br />governments. <br />Operating Information (Schedules I-16 to I-18) <br />These schedules contain information about the City's operation and resources to help the reader understand <br />how the City's ¿ nancial information relates to the services the City provides and the activities it performs. <br />
