NOTICE OF INTENDED AMENDMENT OF THE LAND USE APPLICATION FEE SCHEDULE To: The Mayor and City Councilors, and other interested persons. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.020 and Chapter 9 of the Eugene, Code, 1 971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to amend the Land Use Application Fee Schedule established by Administrative order Nos. 53- 05 -08 -F, 53-- 07 -1 1 -F, 53- 09 -03 -F and 53- 10 -05-F by amending the following fees: Land Use Application Fee Schedule Amendments A.
