cost of the Crest Drive project and to bring back to the council any new mechanisms that he <br />or staff identified. <br /> <br />Councilor Ortiz offered a friendly amendment to include the Maple Street/Elmira Road and <br />Chad Drive/Old Coburg Road projects. Councilor Taylor accepted the friendly amendment, <br />as did the second to her motion. <br /> <br />Councilor Clark understood that the policy could not be altered.
