in excess of one year or which may provide for r legotiating <br />only of parts thereof relating to direct or indirect monetary <br />benefits-to city employees. y . <br />(16) Time limits relating to collective bargaining <br />may be waived by mut ual agreement of the parties. <br />20-890 Labor - Management Relations -- Strikes. <br />No person may decTare, authorize or participate in <br />a strike of city except as expressly permitted under <br />section 2.866 of this code. Persons striking under section 2.888 <br />of this code shall terminate the strike immediately upon order of <br />the hearings official to do so. <br />(2) When it is alleged in good faith by the city that <br />a Berson has declared, authorized or participated in a strike of <br />city employees in violation of this code, the city may petition <br />the hearings official for a declaration that the strike is or <br />would be in violation of this code and for issuance of an order <br />to ter inate the strike. <br />(3) City employees employed in police and fire services <br />may not strike.; Twenty (2 0) days after receiving the factfind- <br />ing decision involving a bargaining unit consisting of city eta- <br />ployees employed in police and fire services as provided, in sec- <br />tion 2.888 of this code, the factfinding selection shall become <br />a binding arbitration award if no exceptions to the decision have <br />been filed in Circuit Court. <br />2,o892 - 892 Labor M4na ement Relations -� Selection of ' Hearin s Off i- <br />cia . <br />The hearings of f �.cia l shall be selected by the city <br />agent 'and certified bargaining agents for a term of three (3) <br />years.
