ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. URA 11 -01 <br />of the Director of the <br />Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene <br />DELEGATING AUTHORITY To SARAH MEDARY, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, <br />AIC, OF THE PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, To APPROVE <br />CHANGE ORDERS CONCERNING THE CENTRE COURT BUILDING <br />CONSTRUCTION LOAN AGREEMENT. <br />The Director of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />Pursuant to Resolution No. 981 of the Urban Renewal Agency of , the City of Eugene <br />(Agency), as Director of the Agency, 1 am authorized to act as the Agency's business agent. <br />Now, therefore, based on the above findings, <br />The Director of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene orders that: <br />I..
