A <br />North of the City limits and West of the Northwest Expressway, electors residing within <br />the annexed area shall be assigned to Ward 6. <br />Section 5 . At such time as property is annexed to the City of Eugene and the <br />electors residing therein are assigned to City wards, the City Manager or designee shall <br />review the results thereof in order to determine whether redistricting is necessary as a <br />result of an increase in the number of electors in those wards. <br />Section 5. That Resolution No. 3613 adopted by the Council on December 14, <br />1981, and any other resolution in conflict herewith is hereby repealed. <br />Section 7.
