Deposits contributions into fund. <br />Continuously appropriates moneys in fund to Housing and Community Services <br />Department for purposes of development, preservation or operation of affordable <br />housing. Allows lending institutions that have received certification for tax credit for <br />qualified housing loans to relinquish unclaimed credit. Creates tax credit for monetary <br />contributions to Oregon Affordable Housing Trust Fund. Includes amount of <br />contributions in calculation of maximum amount of credit allowed for affordable <br />housing. Applies to contributions received after effective date of Act and to tax years <br />beginning on or after January 1, 2011.
