ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 53 -11 -01 <br />of the <br />Executive Director, AIC, of Planning & Development Department <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br />DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO MIKE SULLIVAN, COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT MANAGER OF THE PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT <br />DEPARTMENT, TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDERS CONCERNING THE <br />CENTRE COURT BUILDING CONSTRUCTION LOAN AGREEMENT. <br />The Executive Director, AIC, of Planning & Development Department of the city of <br />Eugene finds that: <br />A. Pursuant to Resolution No. 981 of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of <br />Eugene (Agency), the Director of the Agency, is authorized to act as the Agency's business <br />agent. <br />B. Pursuant to that authority, the Director issued URA Administrative order No. 11- <br />01 granting me, as Executive Director, AIC, of the Planning & Development Department, the <br />authority to approve change orders in connection with the Centre Court Building Construction <br />Loan Agreement between Beam Properties, LLC and the City of Eugene. That order also <br />authorized me to sub - delegate my authority to Mike Sullivan, Community Development Manager <br />of the Planning & Development Department. <br />C. It would be more efficient to delegate to Mike Sullivan, Community Development <br />Manager of the Planning & Development Department, the authority granted to me by URA <br />Administrative order No. 11 -01. <br />NOVA, THERFORE, <br />The Executive Director of Planning & Development Department orders and Directs <br />that: <br />- Mike Sullivan, the Community Development Manager of the Planning & Development <br />Department of the City of Eugene is authorized to approve change orders in connection with the <br />Centre Court Building Construction Loan Agreement between Beam Properties, LLC and the <br />City of Eugene. <br />Dated and effective this I day of February, 20115 <br />Sarah Medary, Executive irector, AIC <br />Planning & Development gepartment <br />Administrative order - Page 1 of 1 <br />
