This minimizes or even eliminates <br />the company’s costs of opening a Worker’s Compensation claim. <br />It is currently proposed that Cascade Health Solutions will provide design, development <br />and management oversight of non-emergency Mobile Primary Care Units (MPCUs) and <br />transportation components. <br />4.6100% Access Healthcare Initiative <br />100% Access Healthcare Initiative is a community-based non-profit partnership <br />dedicated to maximizing access to healthcare for all people in Lane County, Oregon. The <br />Initiative's goal is to connect people with no insurance to existing health insurance <br />programs and medical services, and to develop new community-based options where <br />gaps exist. <br />It is currently proposed that the 100% Access Healthcare Initiative will act as the <br />healthcare stakeholder and inter-agency coordinator. Their Coalition Board includes <br />representatives across the complete spectrum of health care. 100% Access Healthcare <br />Initiative will provide oversight of the medical quality control and medical research <br />organizations and will assess the impact of the project on the uninsured/underinsured. <br />4.7Pacific Source Health Plans <br />PacificSource Health Plans is a major non-profit health insurer in the northwest, serving <br />more than 280,000 people and 6,200 employers. It is currently proposed that <br />PacificSource Health Plans will perform the assessment of health care reimbursement <br />costs and policies for the demonstration project. <br />5Implementation <br />This section describes the proposed implementation for the demonstration project. <br />5.1Phase 1: Preliminary Design and Development <br />During this phase, IAFC and the LCOG Lead will develop the project concept for the <br />Mobile Healthcare Services demonstration project and reach preliminary agreement on <br />the role of various stakeholders and service providers. <br />Specific steps in this phase include: <br />Draft plan development and preliminary budget <br />Coordination with Oregon Congressional Delegation and Congressional Fire Services <br />Caucus <br />Detail the roles and responsibilities of the various project stakeholders <br />15 <br />
