Call to Order and Review Agenda <br /> <br />Ms. Taylor called the meeting of the Council Committee on Intergovernmental Relations (CCIGR) to order. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Review Pending Legislation <br /> <br /> <br />Ms. Wilson requested committee direction on House Bill 2860 and House Bill 2370. <br /> <br />House Bill 2860 <br /> <br />Mr. Clark and Ms. Taylor indicated support for the bill. <br /> <br />House Bill 2370 <br /> <br />Mr. Clark and Ms. Taylor indicated support for the bill at the Priority 2 level. <br /> <br />The committee then reviewed a list of bills pulled from pending legislation by committee members for <br />further discussion. Committee votes, if any, are recorded below: <br /> <br />Senate Bill 0580 – No change. <br /> <br />House Bill 3017 <br /> <br />Mr. Clark moved to change the status of the bill to Support, Priority 2. The motion died for <br />lack of a second. <br /> <br />Ms. Wilson rescheduled discussion of the bill for February 23. <br /> <br />Senate Bill 0260 <br /> <br />Ms. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Clark, moved to monitor the bill.
