Is there an industry-accepted <br />definition of who comprises this group? <br /> <br /> <br />SB 0069 <br /> <br />Relating Clause: Relating to fireworks; creating new provisions; amending ORS 164.055, 166.660, <br />480.152, 480.154, 480.156, 480.165, 480.200 and 480.990; and repealing ORS 480.110, <br />480.120, 480.122, 480.127, 480.130, 480.150 and 480.160. <br /> <br />Title: Revises provisions regulating sale, possession, use and explosion of fireworks. Revises <br />fireworks <br />law definitions, prohibitions and penalties. Sets forth requirements for wholesaler permit. <br />Changes deadlines for submitting applications for retail sales permits or display permits. <br />Expands local government authority to regulate fireworks. Expands types of properties on <br />which fireworks expressly may be used to repel birds or other animals. Makes use of <br />fireworks to repel birds or other animals subject to approval by local government bodies <br />having responsibility for animal protection. Reduces penalty for most fireworks law <br />violations to maximum fine of $720.
