4. WORK SESSION: <br />Lane Area Commission on Transportation (LACT) Bylaws <br />Intergovernmental Relations Manager Brenda Wilson provided background on the item. She reviewed <br />changes to the bylaws, in particular highlighting the appointment process for the citizen members of the <br />commission. <br />Councilor Clark, seconded by Councilor Taylor, moved to support the May 18, 2010, <br />FACT LC Bylaws for the Lane Area Commission on Transportation with the most current <br />update and amendments. <br />Councilor Clark commended the work of Ms. Wilson as well as the work of the mayor in putting forward <br />the council's unanimous position. <br />Roll call vote: The motion passed unanimously, 8:0. <br />Mayor Piercy adjourned the meeting of the Eugene City Council at 8:43 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />e�s <br />Beth Forrest <br />City Recorder <br />(Recorded by Kimberly Young) <br />MINUTES— Eugene City Council October 11, 2010 Page 6 <br />Regular Meeting <br />
