The territory in Lane County, Oregon, deemed approved and annexed to the <br />City of Eugene by the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission pursuant to ORS <br />199.445 and ORS 199.490(7), effective on January 30, 2006, as bounded and described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 500, Assessor's Map 17-04-12-34, located in the Santa <br />Clara region of north Eugene, north of Beltline Road, east of <br />River Road, north of Lone Oak Avenue, south of Hunsaker Lane <br />(the portion of Ross Lane included in the annexation area is the <br />east one-half of the right-of-way adjacent to Tax Lot 500), and <br />more particularly described on Exhibit 25 attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. (Anderson/Carlson/Ross Lane; <br />C ED 05-61) <br /> <br />is hereby withdrawn from the Santa Clara Water District, effective July 1, 2006. <br /> <br />Section 31.
