Wattis in the s~m of ~200~for t~,e wagon whict~ <br /> <br />'used by the City in construction of the power ditch ~nd reco,~m,zended that a wart-~ <br /> <br />ant be ~b~ava~ to him for said stm~, and that ~he claim of A. C. Hathews against the <br /> <br />'City for .f~100 for work 0n the power dit-ci~ be not allowed as his slain was' offset <br /> by damage to this wagon wi~ich the City was obliged to pay~ and moved that .the <br /> warrant be drawn to L. The motion was declared carried and so <br /> <br />ordered. <br /> <br />Ci~ief Bristol called attention to the complaint as to a nuisance from <br /> <br />septic tank on t~nerald Avenue from ti~e Trt~mp, and Brove~ property. <br />l[ensill volunteered to %ook afte~ the matte~-. <br /> <br />Oouneilman <br /> <br />~gotion was made, seconded and carried, instructing the Printing Committee <br /> <br />to procure blank permits to .use the streets of. the City for unloading material <br /> <br />for the construction of buildings, <br /> <br /> A petition for the grading and graveling of ti~e alley between Willamette <br />and Oak Streets from 15th to 16th Street's was referred to the Street Com~ittee. <br /> <br />Tt~e attention of the Council was oal'led to the notice of lien held by <br /> <br />Attorneys Smith & O'Connor against tl~e City upon a judgment rendered February <br />1913, for the sum of ~tt,000 and costs ,~123.60 in the ease of Bertha E. Dygert <br />vs. City of E\~gene and Oregon 'Power cb., and ti~e notice was plased on file <br /> <br /> <br />
