Councilmen <br />voting aye eight, nay none. The 0rdinanee was declared passed and.m~bered <br /> <br /> An Ordinance to prohibit dogs from running at large witi~in the ~ity of <br />Eugene without !ieehse and repealing Ordinance No l16t~ and all other Ordinances <br />in conflict witi~ this 0rdinarkce passed its third reading and was placed upon its <br /> <br />final passage. Councilmen voting aye ~,{etcalf, Hensill, ~arnock, Bell, Bean, <br /> <br />nay Koppe, Doff, Sti. iker. Present ~otu~eilmen Hensill, Warnock, Koppe, Bell, Doff, Striker, <br />Be~n; absent Eetcalf~. <br /> <br /> The minute.s of Council proceedings of ~areh 10, l~13, were read and <br />approved. <br /> <br /> The Police Co~m~ittee by Councilm~n Dorr reported that the Police Matron <br />had been working since the first of April, and that the dep~tment under her <br />charge gave promise of being much benefit to the City; znd moved that Miss Randle <br />be placed upon the regular pay roll at $V5.00 per month co~.~J~encing witi~ Apz, il 1,~ <br />1913, motion was seconded e. nd carried. <br /> <br /> CounQilme, n Bell read the report of the Sewer Co~nitte for sewer work for <br />the year ending April first, and sa~ne was ordered placed on file. <br /> <br /> ~ouncilm~n l~arnock presented the report of Street Co~nissioner Turner for <br />the month of March and the Street Conunissioner's annual report which were read <br />and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br /> <br />
