On motion the report was adopted, Councilman Me}{urphe¥ reported for tt~e Street Co~r~,ittee and reco,~nended that the request of the Eugene Feed & Fuel Co. for franchise for switch across Washington Street be g~anted, also reoo?mended that the petition for the paving of Spring Boulevard be granted, also reeo~uended that the plat of Wells Addition , be not approved on aeco~mt of Clark Street not being opened, also reco~ended that the bond of '~' ,:;~10,000 of the P. E. & E. be not released at this time, also re- comuended the opening of Van Buren Street between 7th and 8tt~ Streets. On mo- tion the report of tt~e Street Co:~ittee was adopted.
