The proposition was referred Councilma. n Hensill stated that the Street Co~?~nittee had added an ~.%d.~ftional street paving inspector, also recon~ended that the Co~m~cil should provide labor~toz~y tests of tt~e materials used in paving streets by co~petent chemists.
