Present Councilmen Hensi!!, Jo~nson, Koppe, McHurp!~ey, Dorr, Bell, Bean and ~Striker. ~ The ~ainutes of~ Council proeeedi~w~s un~ler dates of June gth, 16th, 23rd, 25ti~, July 7th m~d llti~ were read 5nd approved. The Health Conmittee by Chairm.~Derr ~,eported that the City S~nitar~ Hauling Co., of which G. F. Ca~ter is proprietor, wil~ undertake the collection of City garbage, ~nd recommended that the Co,oil desi;~te ~r. CarteP and his Compa~ as the official g~rbag~ e°lleetor, it being understood that the Hauling Co. is to collect its ova~ fees and the City as~u~.es no responsibility. ~{otio~ made, seconded and carried to ~dopt the report. Quarterly report of the City Treasurer w~s read m~d placed on file. Motion was nade and seconded that a warrant be dra~ in favor of Frank Reisner, Treas., on the Interest on Bond & W~rrant Debt Fund in the st~ of $3759.~ in pa~nent of 6 ~%onths interest and oo~mission on $150,000.00 Refundi~ Bonds due Auf.;~st !st. Tt~e ayes and. nays were called; Co,mci!men voting aye Hensill, Jotutr~on, Koppe, lfcI~urphey, Doff, Bell, Bean mtd Striker, nay none. The motion was declared carried and so ordered. Motion was made and secon[fed that R. M. Walker be allowed a rebate of $2V.50 on the !ieense paid for the Shell Theatre and that a warrant be drawn on the General F~md therefor.
