E. corner of Lot 5 Hoffman's Add. thence West in alley ~o Patterson street thence north within the curb line of Patterson Street to the ~in T~unk Sewer was read mhd referred to the Sewer Committee. An Ordinance levying assessments for the improvement of 5th Street from Olive Street to Blair Street, bM construction of cement curbing along eitlxer side thereof, in the City of Eugene was ~ead the second time by title and this being the time for hearing objections to.said proposed assessment and no objections haVing been made thereto, the 0~dinanc~ was ~ead the third time and placed upon its final passage. Councilmen voting aye6, nay none, absent 2.
