Petition for ~ street light at the intersection of Fifti~ ~nd Lawrence Streets w~s read ~nd reeon~J~ended favorably by tl~e Fire & v~ter CorJ~ittee~ and on motion gr~nted. Supplemental ~in~l estimates on the~ Ordinance ~/!2~9 College Hill Sewer were read, showi~ an ove~,p~yment on the ~butti~ propertyfund $,~(i ~ credit to App!ewI~ite & Stein by~ returned warrant ~372o dra~vn on abutting property fund ~mounting to ~P~59.1~, and a b~lance due Applewhite & Stein on the · abutting property fund of $8~19; and supplemental fin~! estimate ~gainst the I Sewer 1,%~nd on account of said improvement, sttov.~n~{ ~ b~lanee due App!~hite & Stein of ~56.9[~ tOgether with S3.33 interest accrued on w~rrant ~3726, ~nd ~ motion w~s m~de and ~econded that warrant ~/~726 b,e received and cancelled by the Recorder and tt~at ~ warrant, be drawn on abutting~propert¥ fund for said i~Gprove- raent to ~pplewt~ito & Sto~n for ~B.19 and on tho 8ewer lAmd for ¢560.27.
