Councilmen voti~w~ aye ~, nay none. The Ordinance was <br /> <br />declared pas:~ed and nMmbered [~1~30. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance ~evyi~ assessments for the improve~nent of the alley between <br />Willamette Street and Olive Street f~,om l[~th Street south 1~ feet was read the <br />second ti~e, and this being the time for heari~ objections to said'proposed assess- <br />ment and no obJeetion~ having been made thereto, the 0rdinanee wa~ then read the <br /> <br />third time and p!aeed upon its final passage.
