Co. had been assigned to Alberta S. ~-~c~urphey at that time, <br />that the warrant had been called on Hatch 25, 190l~, witt~ ,~2.2~ accrued interest, <br />making ~ ~ot~l agaom~t due on warran~ ~5.9 ; tha~ !~rs. ~{c~u~/~hoy had lost the <br />warrant and asked the City to issue a warrant, mt this time in payment pf the amount <br /> <br />due oon4itioned upon a. bond satisfactory to the City Attorney to indema~ify the ~ity <br /> <br />against m~y loss onaccount of w~rrant #199, ~nd ~ notion was made and seconded that <br /> <br />Recorder be instructed to draw m warrant on the General Fund in f~vor of Albert~ <br /> <br />S. l.[cH~phey for .~5.P7 on the filing of said bond. The ~yes and r~ys were emlled; <br /> <br />Counci]a~en voting aye Hensill, Koppe, McEurpt%ey, Doff, Bell, Bean ~nd Beytien, nay <br /> <br />none, ~bsent 1. !~{otion was declared e~rried and so ordered. <br /> <br />The I~ire &?fater.
