Bean, F. C. Bean and <br />Kat~Plne P. Bean. A motion was made ti~at the Council finds that the <br />objections p~esented a~e not valid and that the assessments against the p~ope~ty <br />to which objections ~elate have been p~opePly made and tt~at the objections be <br />overruled and the Ordinance read the t~rd time and plied upon its final <br />passage. The motion was seconded and ea~ied, and the 0~dinanee was read the <br />tl~l~d time and placed upon its final passage. Co~cilmen voti~ aye 7, <br />none, absent Mc~.(u~phe~.
