Repor~ of the Buildi~ Inspector for ti~e month of July, showing a total amour of fees collected $216.20, was read and placed on file. An Ordinance le~i~g assessments fo~ the improvement of Tenth Avenue from Pearl Street to Hill Street was read the second ~ime, and objections were called fo~ and ~itten objections p~esented by Louis E. Bean, F. C. Bean and Kat~Plne P. Bean. A motion was made ti~at the Council finds that the objections p~esented a~e not valid and that the assessments against the p~ope~ty to which objections ~elate have been p~opePly made and tt~at the objections be overruled and the Ordinance read the t~rd time and plied upon its final passage.
