Ke~u%edy was read and refer~ed to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Bids for the construction of ~ sewer between Olive ar~t Oharnelton Streets <br /> <br />from Fotueteenth to Seventeentlt Avenues were opened and read, and Chairman Bell' <br /> <br />of the Sewer Committee moved tI~t the Cotmell finds and determines that tire bid <br /> <br />of Ole ;Joleim is the lowest and best bid for the construction of said sewer, and <br />that the contract be awarded to him in ~cco~dance with his bid and with the under <br /> <br />standing titat the s~ve~ shall be const~,ucted of concrete pipe, and t~u~t the ~yor <br /> <br />approve the bond, and tile )~{ayox, and Recorder sioux .the contract on behalf of <br />tlxe City.
