J. Williams for the rental of his <br /> <br />barn at Ti~rd and Lincoln Streets for a period of two years at $1~.50 per month <br />to be used for storing machinery and tools. Motion was seconded and carried. <br /> <br />Motion was made, seconded and carried that the Mayor publish Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 700 relative to sweeping of refuse matter onto pavements. <br /> <br /> Councilman Pa~ks-moved that the City Attorney and Oit¥ Engineer be in- <br /> <br />strutted to proceed at once to establish a 70 foot street, commencing at the <br /> <br />Southern Pacific right-of-way on Ag~te Street and l~nning South on said street <br /> <br />to 'l%venty-first Avenue East, said street to conform as nearly as possible to <br /> <br />the presen~ macadam'on s~idAgate Street, and not to overlap any of the adjacent <br /> <br />properties on the east side of s~id street. Motion was seconded ~nd carried. <br /> <br />Councilman 'Beytien moved thmt the Street Commissioner place Alder <br /> <br />Stree~ in a passable condition.
