<br />The undersigned, as Applicant for an exemption from ad valorem taxes for the

<br />Eugene may, for the duration of the tax exernption period, inspect the above premises
<br />at reasonable times, and without prior notice. to ensure that the prernises are
<br />maintained in decent, safe, and sanitary condition for the oCGupants thereof,

<br />in a decent, safe, and sanitary condition are materia! to the City's consideration of
