Devereaux declared the unanimous choice <br />of the Council for President. Eotion carried. <br /> <br /> Mayor Bell submitted blue prints of an organization chart, <br /> <br />Councilman l~osher moved that the Council adopt the Chart as a working system <br />and orde~ of business of the Council.
