Cotmtwright on South 20 feet Lot 6, Block 5, <br /> <br />Cheshire's Pir:~t Add. and all of Lot V, Cheshire's Pirst Add. be not cancelled, <br /> <br />the Cmmcil recognizing the right of these properties to connect to the Trunk <br /> <br />Sewer in case it is not pos.~ible for them to connect to the sewer for which this <br /> <br />assess.merit is levied.
