The Police Committee reported that the Ford. A petition to v'aca~e an alley arid a street tn I~lgbs Second, Add. <br /> was filed and referred to' t.he Street ~ommltte and City Attorney. <br /> Councilman Quimby stated that a number of cows were being kept near <br /> residences within the eit, y and ,same was d~etrimental to health and suggested <br /> that some action be taken requiring that cows be kept no nearer than 50 feet <br /> of any dwelling house withir~ the eity.
