Upon motion the report was ~gpt~ and proper ordinances authorized prepared. Upon metlgn the City Recorder was directed to write a letter to Spring field Fire Department expressing the appreciation of the city of ~gene for their servlces at the fire at the University of OregonJuly 29 lg22 Mr Geo T Hall asked permission to construct a warehouse on the north{ side of tee alley north 9f Fifth avenue west in block 4 Skinners mldition to D~ene Of fr~e constructipn with asbestos covering and presented a rough draft ~d sp~ci~lcations thereof Upon motion the permit was granted on condition that the building be constr~feted to conform to the draft and specifications presented aad to be constructed under the genersl supervision of the building inspector of Eugene.
