An Ordinance to regulate the use of the,S~reets Avenues and other <br /> <br />public grounds of the city by public franehise-holders~ and securing of_ permits <br /> <br />-therefor, and the providing for removal, of abstructions interfering with the pub~ <br /> <br />publtc use thereof and penalties for the violation of the Ordinance was read the <br />firs~ time and paused its second and third readlpgs by title by unanimous <br />consent under suspension of the rule~ and wa~ placed upon its flna~ p.a,.sage. <br /> <br />The ayem and nays were called. Councilmen vd,lng aye 7. <br />nance was declared pa~sed and num~lered N424. <br /> <br />The 0rdl- <br /> <br />An Ordinance levying asses:snortS for the improvement of the alley <br /> <br />between Willamette Street and Oak Street from Fleventh Avenqe to Thirteenth <br /> <br />Avenue in the City of D~gene, Oregon by paving the same with concrete .and making <br /> <br />other improvements as called for ia improvement Ordinance Numbered 3019 having <br /> <br />been read the first time August 13th, 1923, and notices having been properly <br /> <br />given to property owners of such action was again presented. The Ordinance was <br /> <br />at this time read the second and t~lrd times by title by unanimous qo,nsent under <br /> <br />suspension of the rules a~d was. p.laoed upon its final I~8sage. The ayes and nays <br /> <br />were called. Councilmen vo~inf$ aye 7. Nay. none. The 0rdinanoe declared Passed- <br /> <br />and wasnumbered 34~5. <br /> <br /> Ten different assessment 0rdlnanoes affecting ~roperty as described <br />in Seetlon 2 of each Ordinance having been presented to the Co~_~on ¢~uncll on <br /> <br />October 22nd, 1923 at whleh time each Ordinance passed its first reading s~d laid <br />over, and notice to interested parties having been given, the s~me w~ again <br />presented to the c,)unoll and each read the second time and passed the third and <br /> <br />final reading by title by unanimous consent under suspension of the rules, and <br /> <br />each was placed on its flnal passage. <br /> <br />Ordinmce and councilmen voting aye, 7. <br /> <br />The ayes and nays were called, on each <br /> <br /> Nay none.
