Knight and husb~d appeared before the co~cil and. p~o~ est ed ~al2st. the enactment of an'm~sessment 0rdla~ce against the North h~lf of Lot 4, Block 15, of Gross~ ~ditlon te the City as being unjust, and asking for a reduction cf the ~ount. Such request was un~lmously de, led.
