The petition filed June llth, 1923 by resideuts of Villard St. to have the dido- walk re-located was again pre~ented and said petition was on motion denied. Ail present voting aye, except Willimmson, who voted nay. Thepetltlon signed by Loyal w. Adk~son et al,, ·to have 18th Ave. W. to the city limits opened.as a public thoroughfare presented and discussed b7 th etltioners the Council. The City Attorney offered A re~olutlon to the council deol~lng expedient that such street be opened, laid out and .established, ~d,the City ear empowered' ~d directed .t9 make a surve~ of suc~ street ~d a plat thereof with his report, dnd file the s~e with the City Recorder wlthl~ twenty~ays from date, all of which is fully .~et out in said resolution. On motion such resolution was ad- opted.
