<br />triangular tractor ground in Harris Addition to the City adjacent' to lots !, 2, a~d
<br />3, in Block 2 of that Addition, which tract is platted as a part of Third Avenue
<br />and ~ljacent to the S.?..~allway track. Said matter w~ referred to the Street
