This being the date of hearing on the notices deo16rlng the barns of Miller <br />and Bang$~ owned bY.. J.A. ?lannigan, and the 8ohaefers Bro~. barn as nuisances were <br />taken up and the Olt¥ Attorney was directed %o draw am Ordinance and present at the <br />next ¢otumell meeting for further procedure relative'to the Sohaefers Bros barn. <br />On recommendation of the Health Committee it was _v'oted to continue the matter of <br />the Miller and Bangs barn until the next meeting of. the Council. <br /> <br /> The matter of insurance of City Rnployees by the State Compensation Bureau <br />was taken up and the ~ Recorder directed to arrange to have some member of th~ <br />BUreau 'present as soon as possible to discuss the matter with the Councll, <br /> <br /> A~ Ordinance levying assessments fo~ the construction of a sewer beginning <br />at the 'manhole on the East side of Patterson at 20th Avenue F~ running then~'e South <br />on the East side of Patterson Street to 21st Avenue E ~d thedoe on 21s~ Avemu~ <br />to Un~Ve~sity Si.was re~ theseeond t~e .
