The Cityof Eugene does ordain as follows: Be it enacted by the legal voters of the City of Eugene, Oregon; Seotlonl. The City of Eugene, Oregon, is hereby authorized and empowered to build, construct and equip a Nunicipal Public Auditorium on or adjacent to the cam- pus of the University of OregOn, and within the City Of Eugene, OregOn. Section 2.
