Peterson ~skln~ for the vacation of the alley which extends north and south through fractional Block B in ~gene City as originally Platted by E. 'p. Skinner in L~ne county, Oregon, now a Part oN the city ce Eugene~u Lane County, i0regon, and it appearing that on the Ldth day of ApriL., 1724, the Common Council roo~] in the City Hall of the city of ~gene in Lane County, Oregon, as the plac~ for hearing said petition and objections thereto; and it also apl~earlng that the Common Council ordered written notice of~the pendency of s~id petition to be .set up in three of the most public places in said city of Eugene cont~lning a description of the property to be vacated; a~d it further appearing ~o the Common Council from the affidavit of'W. G.
