THey shall be a general obligation of the City of _~gene, and <br /> <br />shall be in such form and of such denominations as will be in Judgment of the <br /> <br />Common CounCil be most likely to conduce to their salability& They shall be made <br /> <br />due and payable in 20 years from the dateof their I:3suance, and bear interest at <br /> <br />a rate not to exceed 5 per cent per annum, payable ~emi-annually. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
