The. vo~e was ~ext 'canva.~sed in the 21 precincts of Eugene and the vote <br />ir~the said city ~as 'also found to be in favor of,annexation, <br /> <br /> Said Co~mcll, afte~ macing said canvas made the following order and directed <br />the City Recorde~ to file a transcript thereof In t~ieoffice of the Secretary of <br />8ba~e at Sal~m, Oregon, viz, <br /> <br />0 RD E~. . <br /> <br /> WHereas a petition was duly filed in the office of the City Recorder of the <br />Olty of E~gEne, Or e gon by more than one-fifth of ~he qualified electors of <br />said City and by also more than one-fifth of the legal and qualified electors <br />of the proposed territory to be annexed asking that the territory known as <br />Victoria Heights, Kincatd Park and ~lrs~ Addition to Ktnciad Park and which <br />territory is described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />Beginning at th~ intersection of the South line <br />of the Oregon and California right of way with <br />the west ~oundary of the Zara ~eet Donation <br />Land CLaim No. 68 In T. b7 S.9. ~ west of the <br />W.M. thence e~terly along the said south line <br />of the 0 ~d C right of way to a point which <br />ls 2092.86 feet East of the said west boundary <br />of cla~ Ne. 68, thence 8. o' 40~ West <br />8.40 feet, thence No. 89e 20~ West 105~ <br />feet, theace N.
