<br /> Dr.W.A. KuyKendall appeared relative to the construction of a sewer across
<br />the property of May Rowland KuyKendall, being Lets '2 ~& 3, ~lock 5, of Chamber's
<br />Addition to the city, and asked that settlement be made before such sewer is con-

<br />levy for 1925, a~d advl~ed the city on requirements needed so suqh levy would not
<br />be questioned as to its legality.
