N.R. Gaylor~d appeared and protested as to.the destruction of his curb at his property at the corner of 10th Avenue. ,and Washington Street. Such matter was .referred to Street Committee and. City.~gineer. An Ordinance levying assessment for the construction of a sewer begin- ning at the manhole near 21st Avenue, in the alley between Onyx and EmerAld Sts. thence west along 21st Avem~e to the alley between University St. and Onyx St. thence north in the alley to 20th Ave. and thence south in said alley to 22nd Avenue. and also from the first above descr.lbed course North on Onyx St. to 2Oth Ave., having been re~ the first time December g2nd, 1924, and reslgter- ed notice given and no protests having been flied, was re~ the ~ec~d t~e and passed its third re~ings by title by un~lmous consent under sus~nslon of the rule ~d was placed on its final passage.
