<br /> BE IT RPSOLVFD by the Co,~,on Council of the City'of Eugene, Oregon, that
<br />'ther~ be submitted to. the electors of the City for their approval or rejection,
<br />at a special election to be held in the City on the 30th day 9f June, 1925,, the
<br />annexed proposed'charter amendment entitle1, "An Act to amend the Charter of the
<br />City of 2hgene, Ore,on, by adding a new chapter thereto authorlz ing and empowering
<br />the Common Council of the City to issue and sell negotiable bonds of the City to
<br />the amount of TwentY-five Thousand ($25,000) Dollars or so much thereo~ as. may
<br />be necessary for.the purpose of purchasing new fire apparatus'for the~CitY, and
<br />to repeal the Act entitled, "An Act to amend the Charter of the City of Eugene,
<br />Oregon, by adding a' new chapter thereto authorizing and empowering' the Common
<br />Counoil,O~ the City to issue and sell negotiable bonds of the City to the amount
<br />o/' Twent'~five Thousand ($25,000) Dollars or so much thereof ~ may be necessary
<br />for the purpose pf purchasing new fire appargtus for the City and to repeal Section
<br />~7, of Chapter 7, off%he'Charter of the City limiting the indebtedness to be
<br />created or contracted by the City tC THree-Thousand {$3,$00) Dollars," enacted by
