<br /> A petition was read from the ~gene ~ruit Growers Association asking that
<br />the Pacific Hi~ay traffic-be routed over some other street than 8th Avenue for
<br />the reasons therein stated. Such matter was ordered filed on account of the coun-
<br />cil! having-n~o Ju~'l,~dietion in the. matte~, it being a matter ~$r the 8tare HigH-
<br />way Commission t~ handle.
