Tho. Inspeotor'of Buildings reported or~ the mechanical barber signs in the <br />City stating he did not classify them as 'signs'. Several barbers were present <br />to protest any? action which might compel the removal of such signs, Moved and <br />seconded the re~ort of the Inspector of Buildings be accent, ed. The motion was <br />declared carried. <br /> <br /> The ~-~reet Committee reported favorably' on the petition to improve the alley <br />between Agate and Col,~nbia Sts. back of the Junior High Buildings between 17th and <br />19th Avenues.
