Upon mo~ion the Lane County Fair Board were granted all concessions at tt~e Fai~ Grounds without license charge and al~o the necessary use of ~{onroe S~re~ ~,om 12th Street South to the Fair Grounds. A petition to L~ade. and gravel Kineaid Street from 18th to 19th Avenue East was p~esented and Was referred %o the Street Co~nittee.
